Clinical Studies with Open Recruitment at Melita Medical

In our facility, we are constantly conducting clinical studies in various indications. We focus mainly on the treatment of patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, but patients with other gastrointestinal diseases can also expect state-of-the-art treatment.

Below you will find a list of clinical trials conducted in our Medical Center that are still recruiting patients.

It should be remembered that recruitment for clinical trials is a dynamic process and the pool of patients envisaged by the Sponsor may be exhausted within a few days or weeks. However, we make every effort to ensure that several tests for a given indication are constantly available in our facility. This ensures that our patients have constant access to modern treatment, regardless of the speed of recruitment for individual studies. In our facility, we are constantly conducting clinical studies in various indications. How to apply to participate in a clinical study?

How to apply to participate in a clinical study?

Patients considering participation in a clinical study are encouraged to contact the clinical study coordinators at our facility by phone:

  • Bartosz Łapuszyński-Brzozowski, phone: +48 609 763 827, b.lapuszynski@melitamedical.pl

After talking to the coordinator, you will be scheduled for a free medical consultation to discuss your medical history and current health status. The doctor will then discuss with you the current treatment options and the test that best suits the severity and symptoms of the disease will be selected. After the medical visit, you will receive an Informed Consent Form to read the selected clinical study. After reading the document, we will ask you to contact the coordinator with feedback regarding your interest in participating in the study and we will start the qualification process.

More information on the qualification process can be found in the Clinical Study Qualification tab.
